For clients who want a deeper experience, we offer on-site intensives anywhere in the US. We also offer hybrid engagements: an on-site kickoff to build context and trust, followed by remote delivery for the remainder of the project.
Engagements are intentionally time-boxed. A Discovery Sprint takes one week. A training engagement runs two to four weeks. A full implementation package is four to eight weeks. We also offer ongoing monthly advisory for clients who want continued support after the engagement closes. Every project has a defined scope and clear deliverables from day one.
